Chapter 1213 - 1213: The Interaction of People of Two Realms
Chapter 1213 - 1213: The Interaction of People of Two Realms
The people from the outer realm who had finally stepped into the inner realm immediately felt a sudden heaviness pressing down on their bodies. Every movement felt strange, as though extra weight had been added to every inch of their body.At the same time, the rich heaven and earth energy rushed into them, giving them a refreshing sensation.
They then noticed many men and women not far from them staring at them curiously. Their hearts shook when they sensed their auras.
These people possessed far more powerful auras than any of them!
The Eleven Heroes along with some SSSS-rank beings from Earth and other worlds had their hearts shaken. The number of people here with auras far stronger than theirs was simply too many!
It felt as though they were standing before beings they could only describe as gods, making them unable to stop themselves from feeling nervous.
"Are they the inhabitants of the outer realm that His Majesty talked about?" one of the inner realm spectators asked.
"Their auras are quite strange, don't you think? They have the same aura as our cultivation system, but they feel much weaker," another one said.
"Wait, wait, why are we talking about their strange cultivation? There is something far more important than that! Are we seriously forgetting that His Majesty actually succeeded in creating two portals connecting us to the outer realm? This once again proves His Majesty's ability. He succeeded in creating something impossible for anyone in the inner realm to accomplish!" another person commented.
"Yes, creating a portal connecting two worlds within the same realm is already something beyond our knowledge and power. But His Majesty actually connected two worlds from different realms? I'm afraid no one in the future will be able to do the same. Only His Majesty could accomplish such a thing."
"This is truly revolutionary for transportation between worlds. If His Majesty can create something like this, then we won't have to spend such a long time traveling through space with interstellar vessels just to reach another world."
Plak!
"Are you an idiot? Do you expect His Majesty to create portals everywhere like some kind of errand boy?!"
Discussions immediately sparked among the people of the inner realm after they saw the beings from the outer realm arrive.
Meanwhile, the beings from the outer realm still looked nervous while facing them, and they could also hear parts of the discussion.
Soon, they saw a man wearing an eastern-style robe approaching them. His aura felt godlike in their eyes, and after arriving before them, he cupped his hands respectfully.
"Welcome to the inner realm, ladies and gentlemen from the outer realm. We were already informed of your arrival. If you wish to look around, you may form groups, and that city would be the perfect place to start," he said while pointing toward the city visible from their location.
They turned to look and saw that they were standing at the edge of a forest with a vast city before them. The city was surrounded by walls, and they could see many tall buildings built in styles they had once seen on Earth.
There were eastern-style buildings as well as western-style ones.
Then, in the distance, they saw a beautiful yet unbelievable sight. A vast land with a grand palace standing atop it hovered in the sky. Because they had been too shocked by the powerful auras of the people here, they had failed to notice the floating land at first.
Witnessing a scene that completely defied their understanding once again reminded them that they were already in a different realm.
"If there is anything you would like to ask, please ask the people bearing this symbol. They are officials of the city and will gladly assist you," the man continued while pointing at the symbol on his chest. It was the symbol of the city.
"Ah, yes. Thank you," the blond-haired man, one of the Eleven Heroes, replied nervously.
They truly could not maintain their usual image here and instead looked like flustered newcomers in an unfamiliar place.
Without saying much to one another, the Eleven Heroes formed their own group and walked toward the city. The others also followed behind in their own groups.
Some of the hunters looked troubled as they repeatedly tapped on their smart bracelets.
"Hey, can you still stream here? My connection to Earth suddenly got cut off," one of the hunters asked his friend.
"Me too. This is the first time I've experienced this. Usually, even when we enter gates, we can still connect to Earth, but here the connection is completely gone," his friend answered.
"Sigh… looks like we can't do live reports in this place for now."
Before long, news of their arrival spread everywhere, and many people began discussing it. However, the main topic was not the beings from the outer realm visiting their world, but rather the fact that Aldrian had truly succeeded in creating portals connecting different worlds.
It was not surprising that so many focused on this matter, as it would bring enormous changes. It could completely revolutionize interstellar travel across the vast First Heaven.
If this method could be applied to other worlds, then people would no longer need to rely entirely on interstellar vessels to travel between worlds.
While the people of both realms finally began interacting with one another and exploring the city, Aldrian brought his wives back to the palace along with the Mo siblings.
They appeared within the palace grounds, causing the Mo siblings to gasp in shock. They were standing before the grandest structure they had ever seen. The enormous palace before them was so tall and vast that they felt it could house thousands, even millions, of people at the same time.
Could this be a palace? Just what kind of status did Aldrian possess here?
"Your Majesties," some nearby imperial maids greeted Aldrian and his wives.
The Mo siblings blinked several times before their eyes widened in shock.
Your Majesties? Are they royalty then?
Aldrian ignored the Mo siblings' reactions and nodded in response to the maids' greeting.
"At ease," he said before looking at Mo Yuheng and Mo Yiran with a smile.
"This is the place where I live, and in the future, you will spend a great deal of time here."
Mo Yuheng gulped. "Mister… uhm… Your Majesty, my apologies for asking this, but what exactly is your status here? Are you a king or something like that?"
Aldrian continued smiling. "Why don't you ask your senior brother later? He will tell you about many things here."
Mo Yuheng looked confused. "Senior brother?"
Aldrian raised his eyebrows. "Why do you look so confused? You are my disciple, and I already have another disciple. Naturally, that disciple is your senior brother."
Mo Yuheng was astonished while Mo Yiran was also quite surprised. Looking at her little brother, she could not help but feel happiness welling up within her.
She truly felt happy for him!
"Are you serious, Your Majesty?" he asked. Mo Yuheng could hardly believe that Aldrian had accepted him as a disciple.
"Of course. Why are you so surprised? From your perspective, why do you think I brought you here?" Aldrian said.
Mo Yuheng scratched the back of his head.
"Well, I thought you were going to let me work for you as a subordinate or something like that. So becoming Your Majesty's disciple is really shocking to me. It's completely outside my expectations."
Aldrian continued smiling, though inwardly he could not help but think to himself,
'Well, your guess is not entirely wrong since I plan to have you enter my knight order, which is not much different from being my subordinate.'
"Yuheng, what are you waiting for? Greet your master," Mo Yiran hurriedly said.
Mo Yuheng did not hesitate and immediately kowtowed toward Aldrian.
"Disciple Mo Yuheng greets Master!"
Aldrian nodded with a smile.
"Master."
Another voice suddenly rang out as a man approached them. The Mo siblings turned toward the newcomer while Aldrian smiled at him. The person approaching them was Zander, and as Zander drew closer, he also noticed the Mo siblings, making him curious as well.
"Master, I heard you called for me."
Aldrian nodded.
"Zander, I want to introduce you to Mo Yuheng and his sister, Mo Yiran. They are from Earth." Aldrian gestured toward the Mo siblings.
Zander raised his eyebrows, but before he could say anything, Aldrian continued.
"Mo Yuheng is your junior brother."
Aldrian then looked at Yuheng.
"Yuheng, this is your senior brother, Zander. From now on, you will live together as fellow disciples."
Zander was stunned upon hearing that he suddenly had a junior brother. Aldrian had not told him anything about accepting a new disciple.
Still, he could not stop the joy rising within his heart at the thought of having a junior brother.
"Junior Brother Yuheng greets Senior Brother Zander. I will be in your care in the future," Mo Yuheng greeted Zander with a bow.
"Welcome, Junior Brother Yuheng. I'm glad that you could become Master's disciple. If you need any help, please tell me anything," Zander replied.
Aldrian smiled as he watched their interaction.
"Mo Yuheng does not yet know how to cultivate, and he also needs time to adapt to this place, so I hope you can help him adjust," Aldrian said to Zander.
"Yes, Master. Please leave it to me," Zander replied.
Zander then brought the Mo siblings to look around the palace while Aldrian and his wives remained behind, watching them disappear into the distance.
"Dear, so what are you going to do to make our cultivation advance much faster?" Sylphia suddenly asked.
Aldrian looked at his wives' expressions, which were already filled with expectation, and he could not help but smile teasingly.
"Do what? When did I ever say that?"
His wives' expressions instantly changed. Sylphia pouted and stomped her feet.
"Aldrian!"
But Aldrian had already run away, causing his wives to chase after him.
