Chapter 228 Ambulance - Are you preoccupied with something?

Everyone went back and selected the prisoners who could be given to the Cybertronian high command. They then transported them back to the spaceship by small boat and sent them back in hibernation pods on the prison ship.

The small boat could only carry so much, and besides, it was already very late, so everyone agreed to work the next day.
