Chapter 17 Yearning to become magic, oops, I mean, a lazy girl.
The next day, Rosa was woken up by Arcee. After sitting on the charging bed for a while to calm down, Rosa gradually woke up and then got ready to go to the hall.
The ambulance was already there. He asked Rosa whether she wanted the raised or recessed emblem. Rosa chose the raised one and installed it on the black armor on her left arm. She found a place to sit and wait for the ambulance, deciding to find some materials later to handcraft a computer.
Then it suddenly occurred to her that she didn't have access to the games from that era, so she couldn't play anything. She couldn't even listen to any tweets.
I do have a dozen or so movies and anime that I downloaded before in my storage, but that's only a dozen or so, and I've watched them all.
So she thought she'd search for fun games among the humans in this world later.
As a homebody, she still needs a reason to stay home.
Just as her thoughts were wandering, the ambulance had already marked her and was coming to connect Rosa. He looked at Rosa, who seemed dazed, probably due to lack of sleep, shook his head, and continued the connection process.
After finishing the welding, Rosa asked the ambulance for some metal and various materials, and went back to build it up.
Soon after, Jack, Meiqi, and Raffi arrived at the base, bringing with them a lot of materials.
But the ambulance didn't notice; instead, it was discussing the Decepticons with Optimus Prime. Megatron was gone, but Starscream was still leading the Decepticons.
Suddenly, an explosion rang out in the base. Ratchet and Optimus Prime initially thought they had been attacked by Decepticons.
When they ran over, they discovered that it was Raffi's science homework that had exploded.
"Ahem... don't be too nervous, it's my science assignment." Raffi waved away the surrounding smoke, and only after catching his breath did he answer, "I failed."
Rosa also ran out. She had heard the commotion earlier. When she came out and saw the scene, she felt a wave of dizziness. Meiqi was finishing her galactic project. The project was hanging from the partition. Meiqi was painting with paint, and paint was spilled all over the floor. She had to clean it up.
Jack was doing alright, assembling something that looked like a motorcycle or an engine.
She was given the badge today, so today marks her official entry into the Autobot world. After that, the base will continue with the shift cleaning system. After she finishes cleaning today, it will be Bumblebee's turn, and the person who finished cleaning will remind the next person to clean in the evening.
"I say, what are you all doing here?"
“It’s homework due tomorrow,” Jack replied to the ambulance, while Arcee found parts for Jack and handed them to him.
“Maybe we can try installing this,” Arcee said, handing Jack an exhaust pipe.
"Arcy, you're a motorcycle, can't you make a motorcycle engine?"
Arcee lowered her hands and looked at him speechlessly, "Jack, you're human, so can you cook small intestines?"
Hmm, good question. Anyway, Rosa didn't have anything important to do, so she just watched for a while. Soon, the base screen showed that energy was moving. Optimus Prime originally wanted to take Ratchet out to check it out, but Ratchet wanted to take over Jack, Miki, and Laffey's science homework, so he sent Bumblebee out instead.
Then the ambulance started setting up the equipment for them, while the others watched from the sidelines. For some reason, Rosa felt that the scale of the ambulance's work was a bit... beyond the scope of human work.
But to reduce her workload today, she decided to clean up the floor that Meiqi had stained with paint first. At least she could use the solver now, and she could even control the cleaning tools to float in the air without having to move much.
"So, shall we go help Jack and Meiqi finish their work?" The partition watched as the ambulance worked on the lafite.
"Hmm? Without my guidance? You expect them to do well, right?" The ambulance stood up and looked at them. The partition and Arcee exchanged a glance, seemingly in agreement.
"Just watch! Let the experts handle it for you!" The ambulance driver, holding a welding machine, seemed strangely excited, his blue eyes gleaming with a kind of madness, the electric light reflecting off his face... a little crazy.
Rosa clung to the door, slowly pulling her head back into the hallway. "How scary!" she thought, "I'm outta here!"
Walking down the corridor, Rosa looked at the mop in her hand and thought for a moment that she should finish cleaning for the day before going back to do her own thing. But this time she paid close attention to the time and went to bed on time.
She wasn't particularly curious about the final results of those assignments. The assignments were very much in line with "scientific" requirements, but their level of professionalism not only exceeded the scope of the assignments but also directly exceeded the scope of Earth's technology at that time, so they were bound to have poor results.
The next day, Rosa was pulled up as usual, and then she heard the ambulance recounting what had happened the night before. Maggie was alright, only "Cybertron" had fallen down. Jack's engine almost destroyed the classroom. Raffi was a different story; his active volcano almost blew up the school.
Rosa's eye twitched. Optimus Prime looked at Rosa, who rarely went out, and thought for a moment, "Perhaps I could try having her go out on assignments soon."
