[When Nohara Shinnosuke turned his head, the expression beneath his mask instantly transformed him into that of a completely different person.]

The amiable demeanor he displayed during his brief conversation with Hiroshi Nohara instantly transformed into an icy, indescribable expression, especially if he removed his mask.

[If passersby saw Nohara Shinnosuke's face at this moment, they would probably tremble with fear and hide to the side, terrified that this person with terrifying abilities and extremely depressed mood would take it out on them.]

"Xiao, Xiao, Xiao, Xiao... Xin, your expression is terrifying."

Inside Futaba Elementary School, Sato Masao stared tremblingly at Nohara Shinnosuke, whose entire being had become dark and cold in the light screen. He looked at Nohara Shinnosuke beside him, fearing that Nohara Shinnosuke would suddenly attack and kill him at any moment.

"Massive man."

Shinnosuke Nohara kept his head up so that Masao couldn't see his face, and called out to Masao in a low voice.

"exist!"

Sato Masao was instantly startled and stood at attention, his voice already trembling with tears, which unfortunately escaped his lips.

"Shin-chan, don't scare Masao like that. Masao is timid to begin with, and you're scaring him like this."

Kazama Toru, who was standing to the side, sighed as he watched Sato Masao, who was so frightened that he almost fainted. He walked over to Nohara Shinnosuke, patted Nohara Shinnosuke on the shoulder, and then said to Sato Masao.

"Hehehe, Masao was just kidding with you. Why are you still as worried as you were in kindergarten even though you've moved up to elementary school?"

Shinnosuke Nohara also flashed his classic smile as he spoke.

"But Shin-chan's expression on the screen just now was really scary."

Ah-Dai, standing to the side, said slowly.

"Yes, Shinnosuke on the screen gives off the vibe of a killer in a horror movie who could kill someone at any moment."

Li Xiaolang recalled a movie he had seen and said.

"Okay, okay, stop talking about me like that. I'm getting a little shy and embarrassed. Look at the screen, look at the screen, don't look at me."

Shinnosuke Nohara said, putting on a shy expression.

"Where's Bullseye?" Shinnosuke Nohara asked, swaying to Daredevil's side as Daredevil stopped.

If Bullseye were standing in front of him right now, Shinnosuke Nohara was certain he would not hesitate to smash Bullseye's fist, which was as big as a sandbag, into a pulp.

You can target him, but if you harm his family or friends, Shinnosuke won't show you any mercy.

"He's gone. This isn't the place to talk. Come with me." Daredevil knew there were too many people around, so he gestured for Spider-Man to follow him.

With his extraordinary abilities, Daredevil carried Spider-Man swiftly through streets and alleys, overcoming treacherous terrain, maintaining a high speed throughout.

Shinnosuke Nohara realized this was Daredevil testing him. Although he didn't know the purpose of Daredevil's test, he still kept up with Daredevil's pace. And to be honest, Shinnosuke felt that Daredevil wasn't even as fast as him.

"Alright, I should have known there was no need to test your abilities. After all, your skills were already evident when you chased Bullseye and rescued that drunkard from him. Please have a seat." Daredevil led Shinnosuke Nohara into a rather nice, luxurious apartment.

"I won't beat around the bush. I'd like to invite you to join me in taking down Kingpin," Daredevil said to Spider-Man, getting straight to the point after sitting down.

"I agree." Nohara Shinnosuke agreed without hesitation. Bullseye was practically his father's killer, though he hadn't succeeded. And since Bullseye was Kingpin's subordinate, he had no choice but to take down Kingpin now.

"I didn't expect you to agree so quickly. Okay, welcome to the Defenders League. Let me introduce myself. My name is Kirigaya Kazuto, but you can call me Daredevil when we're out in the open." Kirigaya Kazuto said, removing his mask and extending a hand towards Nohara Shinnosuke.

"It hurts, it hurts so much. My future, why, why are you hiding from me? My future, my light screen, jealousy has made me unrecognizable."

Kazuma Sato cried out in pain as he watched Daredevil remove his mask, revealing Kirito's face, which was only slightly more handsome than his own.

"Don't let your future be a tragedy."

Zhuge Cong, feigning crocodile tears, walked up to Sato Kazuma, patted him on the shoulder, and said...

"Kazuma, you need to take it easy."

Hachiman Hikigaya, like a weasel offering New Year's greetings to a chicken, approached Kazuma Sato with ill intentions and said...

"Not only did you not get on the screen, but even if you did, you might just be a passerby. For example, you might have been in that crowd just now."

Hachiman Hikigaya uttered an evil whisper that caused Kazuma Sato immense grief.

"What are you wailing about, Kazuma? Look at me, I didn't go on the light screen either, and I'm still fine."

Seeing Kazuma's grief, Sakuta Azusagawa went over to comfort him.

"Waaah, but, but you have an amazing celebrity girlfriend. Isn't it great that you're not in the spotlight? Waaah, you are, a, a, a deadbeat social butterfly."

Kazuma Sato looked at Sakuta Azusagawa and said that he was going to borrow a famous quote from a teacher who wished to remain anonymous.

"May all the popular people explode!"

"Oh, I'm Nohara Shinnosuke, you can also call me Spider-Man." Seeing Kirigaya Kazuto remove his mask, Nohara Shinnosuke followed suit, then noticed something was off about Kirigaya Kazuto.

"Excuse me, but what are your eyes?"

"You mean this? I'm blind, but the reason I became blind also made me different from ordinary people, just like you." Kirigaya Kazuto spoke of his eyes without any concern, as if he were talking about something insignificant.

55: An Encounter with a Wanderer

"I saved a blind man from being hit by a truck on the street, and then I was splashed with some mysterious substance from the truck, which caused me to go blind," Kirito Kazuto told Shinnosuke Nohara.

"Wow, by the way, could you tell me why you fought Kingpin? Was it because you wanted to punish evil and promote good after you gained power?" Nohara Shinnosuke wanted to know Kirito's motives. Someone who would stand up to save someone must be a very righteous person.

"Kingpin killed my parents," Kirito said in a deep voice.

"I'm sorry, I reminded you of something unpleasant." Nohara Shinnosuke realized he had said the wrong thing. Just recently, he had almost lost his father, and even thinking about it made him feel incredibly sad.

"It's alright, I've come to terms with it a lot. I lost both my parents when I was young. The relatives who adopted me told me they died in a car accident. Later, by chance, I learned that my parents were killed by Kingpin." As he said this, Kirito's spherical eyes seemed to radiate an invisible rage.

"Oh, right, the USB drive." Nohara Shinnosuke suddenly remembered the USB drive he had recovered from the abandoned subway station.

"Okay, without Mom's reminder, I'm always so forgetful, and this tights don't have pockets." Nohara Shinnosuke remembered that he had put the USB drive in a box and buried it in the ground in his yard.

"What USB drive?" Kirito asked curiously.

"Oh, that's a long story. A few days ago, I accidentally saw Kingpin and the Prowler in an abandoned subway station, disposing of a body. Then the Prowler chased me, but I easily outmaneuvered him thanks to my extraordinary courage and abilities. Afterwards, I found the USB drive they had left behind under the body."

"The Wanderer?" Kirito clearly hadn't seen or fought a Wanderer before, and the name was unfamiliar to him.

"It's on this USB drive. I'll go back and get it for you."

"Perfect timing. I'm going to one of Kingpin's hideouts tonight. Come with me; real combat is the best teacher," Kirito said, standing up as well.

"It's really amazing, though. Even though you can't see, it feels like you see more clearly than someone with normal vision—clearer in every sense of the word." Nohara Shinnosuke remembered that when they were chasing Bullseye, Kirito didn't look like a blind person who needed a cane at all.

"Heh heh, being blind doesn't hinder my pursuit of enemies at all, because I can smell their stench," Kirigaya Kazuto said with a laugh, slinging his twin swords over his back.

"The Blind Monk, right? Then I'm... the Spider Queen?" Nohara Shinnosuke said, listening to Kirito's words.

"No, you can actually be Camille."

"Uh, is it because I shoot spider webs? Wait, how did you know I shoot spider webs?" Nohara Shinnosuke suddenly asked, somewhat surprised. Even with superhuman senses, it shouldn't be this strong, right?

"Kid, you need to know that there are always people stronger than you, and the world is vast. My senses are incredibly powerful, haha. And if you've ever seen a mutant, you'll know what it means to be extraordinary," Kirito said with a hearty laugh.

"Mutants? What are those?" Nohara Shinnosuke and Kirigaya Kazuto walked out together, with Nohara Shinnosuke following behind Kirigaya Kazuto, asking many questions out of curiosity.

Kirito, like a seasoned senior, patiently explained everything to Shinnosuke Nohara.

"This Daredevil seems like a very reliable senior."

Kinomoto Sakura watched as Kirito Kazuto patiently explained things to Nohara Shinnosuke on the screen, giving off the feeling of a reliable older brother from a manga.

"That's great, I also want a reliable older brother to guide me."

"Sato Masao said, looking at Kirito Kazuto on the screen."

"Alright, you wait here. I'll sneak off and dig out the USB drive." Upon arriving at Nohara Shinnosuke's house, Nohara Shinnosuke whispered to Kirito, then stealthily slipped into his yard, his movements as practiced as those of a seasoned thief.

"This guy, he might have been a thief before." Looking at Nohara Shinnosuke's figure, Kirigaya Kazuto recalled the petty thief he had caught.

"Shh." Nohara Shinnosuke climbed over the wall into his yard and bumped into his pet dog, Shiro. He quickly gestured for Shiro to be quiet.

[As a very human-like dog, Shiro didn't understand why Shinnosuke Nohara was dressed strangely and rummaging through his yard in the middle of the night, but it didn't bark much.]

As for why Shiro could tell it was Nohara Shinnosuke, it's naturally because of its extraordinary sense of smell.

"Heave-ho, found it." Nohara Shinnosuke hadn't buried the box very deep, so he easily flipped it out and retrieved the USB drive inside.

"Alright, let's go. Here you go." Nohara Shinnosuke handed the USB drive to Daredevil.

"What's wrong?" Not long after they walked, Kirigaya Kazuto saw Nohara Shinnosuke stop and stare at a house.

"There's a thief, I'll be right back." With that, Nohara Shinnosuke stealthily climbed up the wall of the house.

He had just caught a glimpse of a dark figure flash past the window of Nana's house. He remembered that Nana hadn't been home for the past few days, so a thief must have sneaked in while she was away.

Nohara Shinnosuke skillfully activated his invisibility and then slipped inside through a slightly ajar window.

"Alright, once I catch you, you're in for a world of trouble," Nohara Shinnosuke thought to himself.

"Footsteps, towards the bedroom. That wretched thief, I didn't expect him to be a pervert too." Shinnosuke Nohara also slowly crawled along the ceiling towards Nanako's bedroom.

"Yes, yes, I understand. I'll find that guy in the subway station, don't worry," Nohara Shinnosuke heard a deep male voice.

Looking at the retreating figure and the familiar purple light, Nohara Shinnosuke knew who it was: the Wanderer.

"Why is the Wanderer here?" Nohara Shinnosuke wondered, though a truly terrifying thought lingered in his mind.

56: Spider-Man: Ouch, it hurts so much!
