Chapter 35 Eradicate Evil Completely
Chapter 35 Eradicate Evil Completely
Joey had seen the high-energy reaction in the other person's eyes long before the beam was emitted. He simply turned his head slightly to avoid the thick laser beam that shot out from the other person's eyes, and then responded with his own heat vision.
The fifth warrior's head exploded on the spot due to the high temperature.
"etc!"
Professor G instinctively wanted to stop this farce. The relationship between Vought Corporation and himself had become extremely delicate. He had gathered everyone together at Madeline's suggestion in order to avoid being defeated one by one in the upcoming negotiations and to work together to overcome the difficulties.
But the current situation is not just a case of misfortune piling up; it's more like a house that's already broken has been hit by a sledgehammer.
With the exception of Deep, every member of the Seven is a superhuman at the pinnacle of the world. Any conflict the G-Men have with any one of them will come at a tremendous cost...
The angel reached out and supported Professor G's shoulders, shifting him backward as he, an ordinary man, said, "Old man, don't worry about money at a time like this!"
Before the Fifth Warrior's head exploded, there might still be room for negotiation between the two sides, but now it's destined to be a fight to the death.
"Kill him!"
The Earth Eagle standing at the front roared, while the Red Demon had already teleported behind Joey a moment earlier, its blood-stained dark red claws aimed straight for the back of Joey's head, and Frost Tide condensed into icy arrows in its hand, attempting to freeze Joey...
Aside from the new members who joined in recent years, almost all of the G-Men launched a deadly attack on Joey.
The Holy Angel will not get involved; his telepathy and flight are elegant abilities, unsuitable for such dirty work.
He simply carried Professor G as they retreated. He didn't believe the other could survive such an attack. They were all invulnerable superhumans. The Seven might be strong, but even if Homelander himself were there, he couldn't possibly take on a hundred people.
Joey had already heard the commotion behind him. He didn't even turn around; he simply swung his elbow backward, hitting Red Devil squarely in the face. Such a simple blow shattered half of the latter's head.
Fragments of a shattered skull and splattered blood stained the red cloak. Joey, who had once again taken a life, was now even calmer. He chose to descend from the sky and land on the ground.
"You son of a bitch!"
Earthhawk, this inferior imitation of Wolverine, leaped to Joey's side with a speed that no ordinary person could react to, and swung the hammer in his hand straight at Joey's temple.
Joey swung his palm into a blade, instantly severing the Earth Eagle's twin hammers, along with the Earth Eagle's shoulder and head.
The severed limbs burst forth from the neck, staining the gold 'S' shaped logo on Joey's chest with the first splash of blood.
Joey's senses expanded again, and he could now see how the adrenaline of the people in front of him surged through their bodies as their hearts overloaded.
Before they erupt, the nerve signals transmitted by the body parts they are about to mobilize flash like veins.
At the same time, Curly had already moved forward, displaying an agility that was disproportionate to his tall, furry body, and opened his blood-red maw to tear at it.
Within 0.2 seconds of the start of the fight, Joey was already contemplating how to deal with these scumbags.
His eyes can shoot lasers; the friction from his full-speed flight is enough to ignite the atmosphere; the sound waves from his clapping hands are enough to shatter mountains; he can lift the entire Earth without a fulcrum.
He could use his thermal vision to roast the brains of these people into brains one by one outside the atmosphere; or, like a speedster, pluck out the hearts of everyone in a second; he could even pull an asteroid from the Koboi Belt and turn the entire estate into a crater hundreds of meters in diameter.
Joey delivered a straight punch, shattering the sharp fangs of the hairy monster that looked like Chewbacca. The punch continued its momentum, piercing through the monster's mouth and smashing right through its head.
But when the moment finally came, Joey's only choice was to swing his fist and smash it into the other person's face like a street thug.
There's no other reason than that it makes me feel good.
Joey pulled out his fist, and the curly-haired man, who had lost most of his brainstem, howled through his mangled mouth. His superhuman vitality only made him suffer more at this moment.
Joey reached out again and crushed the upper half of the other man's skull, the splattered brain matter and blood completely covering the base color of Joey's uniform.
Joey was never a bloodthirsty person.
But Joey's heart began to race with excitement. Every cell in his body was jubilant, more so than if he were basking in the sunlight, as if the Kryptonian body was made for this purpose.
A person with skin full of pits and wrinkles, like someone with severe burns, rushed in front of him. This was "Firework" from the G Special Forces.
The opponent's rapid charge delivered his neck directly into Joey's grasp. Fireworks felt his breathing becoming increasingly difficult, and unable to break free, he could only choose to cling to the enemy's arm, before his entire body burst into scorching flames.
The flames grew increasingly intense, but it was his own skin that was burned first. These flames posed absolutely no threat to Joey.
If Joey learned anything from his past life's career amidst war, the most important thing was that life is fragile.
Joey blew a breath, and his icy breath transformed the flames from a blazing fire into an ice sculpture.
The stack, over two meters tall, grabbed a piece of reinforced concrete that had been pulled out from somewhere and smashed it down, shattering the ice sculpture on Joey's body into pieces.
But Joey didn't move an inch. With a flick of his right hand, he pushed the concrete block aside. The immense inertia caused the stack to stumble and fall to the ground alongside the concrete block.
Then, the thermal vision precisely covered the stack's steel frame and titanium skin, melting it into liquid in less than a second. Joey's gaze made the stack physically merge with the reinforced concrete.
Next up were the G-style gecko and Breakpoint, who rushed up shouting about bonds and friendship, yelling that they wanted to avenge their tragically killed elder brother, the Warlord.
While Joey was melting the stack, Gecko pounced on him and hooked around his neck, trying to knock him down, while Breakpoint ran away from Joey.
Two straight beams of heat swept across, severing the distant breakpoint and several others in half. Joey then shrugged, shattering the gecko man into pieces, as if brushing dust off his shoulder.
Clark Kent may have burned through his own roof as a child, unintentionally smashed a hole in the attic during his first flight, and accidentally overturned a tractor weighing several tons, but Joey never lost control as a child.
Joey knew from the beginning that this was a fragile world, and he had to be careful at all times, otherwise a single loss of control would cause irreparable damage.
A blond man with white wings like an angel and a red-haired woman with huge bat wings tossed a longsword and a steel fork to Joey, who caught them one by one and returned them to their rightful owners.
Watching the two birdmen in the sky fall straight down like kites with broken strings, all the flying members of the G-Men chose to temporarily land on the ground.
From the roar of the Earth Eagle signaling the start of the attack to the complete no-fly zone over the sky, less than a minute has passed.
Even when Joey restrains his power, he is still incredibly efficient at killing.
The G-Men are not the heroic organizations in other universes that have survived numerous apocalyptic crises with friendship, resilience, and courage. They are just a group of ordinary people with superpowers, lacking both resilience and courage.
"We surrender! We surrender!!!!"
Han Chao, who had been throwing ice spikes from the back row, realized after witnessing how Joey slaughtered his own companions that if the fight continued, the outcome would be obvious.
At this critical moment of life and death, Han Chao, whose head was frozen solid, finally pieced together the words they had exchanged at the beginning of their conversation. As if grasping at the last straw, he hurriedly struck up a conversation:
"Superman, the girl you just asked about, was she tall, blonde, and had telekinesis? She's fine! Absolutely alright! None of us did anything inappropriate to her! The girl you were looking for injured the Fifth Warrior last night and then left!"
"lie!"
Upon hearing this, Joey, covered in blood, swiftly snapped Han Chao's neck.
Han Chao's words were full of conflict. They didn't do anything, so how could Laurie have gotten into a conflict and then run away?
The other members of the G-Men watched as Joey killed the surrendered Coldwave, and finally understood the nature of the conflict—it was supposed to be a life-or-death struggle, and the other side had no intention of letting them go!
"Fuck you, you monster!"
The usually timid group was now rallied by the deaths of many of their companions, determined to fight for their survival.
"You're just one person! We, the G-Men, are the bravest group of heroes. We'll kill you and live!"
When they were sexually assaulted by Gododin, they were just children; courage would only lead to their deaths.
But when they grew up and became official G-Men, the hedonistic lifestyle that came with the G-Men identity made them unable to muster the courage to rebel.
When they become the core members of the G-Men and join Professor G in harming new children, courage becomes a luxury for such despicable individuals.
"Don't you think your courage came a little too late?!"
Joey's attention was highly focused; his eyes and ears covered the entire estate.
He's tried, but he can't use Kryptonian powers to be a gentle superhero who treats the world kindly. Clark Kent is too difficult to be.
But he will use these abilities to ensure that evil is eradicated completely.
