Chapter 79 Difficult to kill? How difficult?
Chapter 79 Difficult to kill? How difficult?
"Whoosh—" The land bridge opened, and everyone first introduced themselves briefly before entering the land bridge together.
This was Smokescreen's first time entering the Autobot base. He looked around curiously, while Rosa went to change out of her armor and ignored them.
I believe Optimus Prime and his team will give Smokescreen a brief introduction to the base.
Rosa removed all her armor from her room, put it away neatly, and then picked out a few pieces that looked like they needed repair, preparing to go to her weapons research lab to fix them.
Before that, she needed to tell the ambulance that when she deciphered the Iron Fortress database in the future, she could just use something like engine oil; using energy bodies was too extravagant.
Oh, right, she still needs to decipher the coordinates of that set of sacred artifacts. To be honest, she didn't use her fastest speed because she was afraid of consuming too much energy.
Rosa pondered whether she should go to the weapons research lab to put away the armor pieces first, while also considering whether she was missing any necessary materials in the lab.
It seems we're a little short? We're almost gone, otherwise I'll go grab some while I'm at it, and we can replenish them when I get there.
Rosa took a few pieces of armor, left her room, closed the door behind her, and headed towards the warehouse.
On the way to the warehouse, she would pass through the corridor where the relics were stored. From afar, she could hear the smoke and Jack's voice. Jack was walking ahead, showing the base to the smoke.
Smokescreen is currently peering through a small window at the door of a warehouse where relics are stored, seemingly asking what kind of relic is the hibernation pod containing Black Widow.
"It's best if you don't mess with this kind," Jack said, then Smokescreen noticed another one: a gun, all black, surrounded by something that looked like LED strips emitting a green glow.
"And this?" Smokescreen asked, not recalling that the Iron Fort Archives had this item.
"This? It's a '3000 Killer' rifle, or rather, a magnetic energy-enhancing photon collector rifle. This isn't from the Iron Fortress Archives; it's homemade." Jack also glanced at the items in the small compartment.
The warehouse doors here are quite user-friendly, with small windows at the top for Cybertronians to see, and small windows at the bottom for humans to see.
"Is it dangerous to build something on the spot?" Smokescreen asked, puzzled. "It's probably quite dangerous; it blew up the training ground." Jack recalled the scene of devastation at the training ground; they had seen it when they came to the base, and the extent of the damage was indeed...
Then he heard from Arcee and Bumblebee that the ambulance had put him in the small compartment of the relics.
"Wow, that's powerful? How much energy does it consume?" Smoke asked Jack, then continued to look at the sacred object in the next storage compartment.
"It doesn't require energy, or rather, it's self-sufficient, but you have to wait 30 minutes for each shot." Jack gestured as he spoke to the smoke screen, leading the way at the same time.
"Who built it?" Smokescreen looked at Jack curiously. "It was Rosa."
"Rosa? The black one?" Smokescreen recalled the black female mecha, but upon closer inspection, one could see many scratches and signs of repair on her all-black armor.
“Yes, it’s her.” Jack said, then saw a familiar figure passing by ahead and greeted her.
"Rosa." Jack waved to her. Rosa walked over, carrying several pieces of armor that needed repair in one hand, and waved back at them with the other, giving them a polite smile before going to the warehouse to get her things.
"Um, who is she?" Smoke looked at Jack uncertainly.
“That’s Rosa. The all-black thing is just her armor.” Jack said, turning to look at Smokescreen, who was still stunned, probably not quite recognizing the beautiful face.
Then something even more shocking happened a while later.
After touring all parts of the base, Yanmu went to the main hall and began to ask the questions he had always wanted to ask.
"So, what is that symbol?" Smokescreen looked at Optimus Prime and the others, expecting an answer.
"Which one? The one with the hexagon and three arrows?" Arcee spoke first, and Smokescreen nodded.
"That's called a solver, but we don't really know what it is or how it works." The ambulance was still fiddling with what it had, and Rosa happened to return to the weapons research lab with the materials she had found at that moment, and overheard what was happening.
But instead of going directly over, she first put the materials away.
"But she's incredibly hard to kill, and very strong!" Meiqi shouted, but seeing the somewhat dejected look in the partition, she lowered her voice.
"Really? How hard is it to kill?" Yanmu asked curiously, thinking that "hard to kill" meant the kind of hard to kill that was very strong.
"Hmm, shall I demonstrate?" Rosa had just finished putting out the materials when she heard Yanmu's words. She walked into the base hall, transformed into a knife, and slashed her own neck.
"Click——"
Rosa collapsed to the ground with a thud. Her head rolled directly on the floor, startling everyone. Even the data on Rosa in the base's main hall showed that her vital signs had disappeared.
"Oh...no!" Meiqi covered her mouth, and Yanmu was also shocked, his mouth agape. The ambulance pulled up and patted him on the shoulder. "You'll be shocked later."
Smoke looked at the ambulance in confusion, only to see Rosa fall to the ground for 3 seconds before suddenly standing up shakily... with her headless body.
"Aaaaaaahhhhhh!!" Yanmu screamed, nearly jumping onto the ambulance.

How did you die?
Don't worry, it's just a demonstration of suicide for others; it's very safe here.
<...Won't you chat? Uzi and Doll miss you.>
Okay, just let me know if you need anything...
I've watched you grow up, after all.

The standing posture looked very weak, with the upper body drooping limply, but it gradually straightened up after standing up.
Rosa stood still and walked directly to her severed head with her headless body. The scene looked extremely eerie, and incredibly, she walked steadily, just like she would normally walk...
Even weirder.

Rosa touched her head with her hand. Everyone watched as Rosa picked up her head. She didn't know why she could still hold it upright in her hand. How did she see it?
Then Rosa, as if putting on clothes or a hat, simply placed her head on her neck, and the crack gradually smoked and then disappeared.
In the base lobby, Rosa's life signal was reactivated.
Rosa twisted her neck, making a few cracking sounds, then turned around.
"Is it really that hard to kill?"
She said those words with a smile after she recovered, as if she hadn't just died.
But she noticed everyone had their brows furrowed... which seemed odd. Why? Even the partitions looked like they were staring wide-eyed.
"Rosa, you are not allowed to point the blade at yourself again. That's an order," Optimus Prime said sternly. He had just been startled by Rosa, and only when he saw her slowly stand up did he realize that this level of damage was not as bad as the time when he lost his head.
But who can remain unmoved when their comrade dies in front of them?
"Then...?" Rosa raised a finger as if to ask something. "Not even the muzzle of a gun." The person on the partition next to her immediately thought of what Rosa would say, given her personality.
“No weapon will do, not even if you can be resurrected, Rosa,” the ambulance said, looking at her seriously.
“Okay…” Rosa reluctantly agreed, and then she suddenly saw the smoke screen fall straight down in front of her.
"Smokescreen? Smokescreen?! Smokescreen, wake up! Smokescreen!!" The ambulance shook Smokescreen's shoulders vigorously, seemingly terrified... or perhaps his worldview had been reshaped.
